SHIPMENTS
European Union: With a minimum order of €50, we will send your purchase for free wherever you want within the European Union.
UK: With a minimum order of £180, we'll ship your purchase free to the UK.
Other countries: Delivery to the rest of the world costs €30, with a minimum order of €300, and is subject to duties and taxes, see below.
Orders for delivery to the US will take 4-7 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will take up to 10 business days.
FOLLOW-UP
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code, so you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.
PACKAGING
All of our items are packaged in a personalized Iria de Ana cotton bag. They will also arrive in tissue paper and in our exclusive presentation box.
Please note that orders to countries outside of Europe may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
You can request a free return or exchange for 30 days from the EU. Free returns within mainland Spain, and with cost from the rest of the territory and EU countries.
